Dr. Michael R. Zetz Jr. graduated from St. Louis University and received his MS in Orthodontics and an Orthodontic Certificate, he also earned a Hospital Dentistry Certificate from Ohio State University, a DMD from the Medical University of South Carolina, and a BS from Wofford College.
Since 2003 Dr. Zetz and his Charleston Orthodontist team have been providing beautiful smiles to the Lowcountry! The clinical staff at Crescent Moon Orthodontics has over 70 years of combined caring for patients across the area.

Dr. Emory McAllister
Dr. Emory McAllister, originally from Lexington, NC, pursued her undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill before earning her dental degree with honors from East Carolina University. She distinguished herself as a recipient of the Dean’s Scholar for Excellence award and later completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Kentucky, where she was recognized with the Excellence in Clinical Care award.
Now based in Charleston, Dr. McAllister enjoys an active lifestyle alongside her husband, Will, a pediatric cardiology fellow at MUSC. She spends her free time hiking, playing pickleball, running the bridge, and caring for her dog, Jones. Passionate about culinary exploration, she also enjoys testing new recipes in her kitchen.
